Jonah Rosenberg

Jonah graduated in 2009 with an A.B. in Classics (Greek & Latin) from Brown University, having written his honours thesis on scenes of warrior departure in literature and red-figure vases. Currently, he is a D.Phil at St John's College, Oxford, working on the rendering of emotion in Greek art in the late sixth and fifth centuries under the supervision of Donna Kurtz. Other interests include the relation of image to text and botany in epic and lyric. He joined the Emotions project in July 2010, as a research assistant, working primarily on the project’s database.
